Nevertheless, we must be careful not to overstate our case. We must remember how great is the diversity of temperament in children--a diversity which is produced purely by hereditary factors. The task of all mothers is by no means of equal difficulty. There are children in whom quite gross faults in training produce but little permanent damage; there are others of so sensitive a nervous organisation that their environment requires the most delicate adjustment, and when matters have gone wrong, it may be very difficult to restore health of mind and body. As for being nervous, though I am intellectually okay, I will never be happy. It's a curse that cannot be fixed. I have all I could ever need in life, and still I'm miserable.
Drs. seem to be totally ignorant of ever having seen such appearance. My sisters and I have watched the general public and searched science and medicine for years and we still remain mysteries.
If you have any questions about the spine, this is a great work; though Drs. seem to be totally surprised that such information even exists.
