Loved this book! Will be interesting for people who are on a journey to understanding psychology and mind patterns. Gives insights and approach how with 4 questions you can change untrue thought patterns inside yourself. There are dialogues of therapy based on Katie Byron 4 question approach. Might suggest reading next (after this) Loving what is book, which is much more detailed on how to use 4 questions and why these questions can help. Give it a try!
