The people who wrote bad reviews for this book are allowing their emotional biases to dictate the nature of their reviews rather than being objective. A person who is easily "offended" by objective labeling will never believe objective labeling is accurate, despite his or her own (ironic and hypocritical) labeling, which goes unnoticed or flatly denied by him or her. The book is very accurate in many ways, despite how one feels about it. Nothing is perfect, but this book is a good resource.
