Even though the Scarlet Pimpernel is not the main hero in this book and only plays a small part to rescue the hero & heroine, I think this is my favourite Scarlet Pimpernel book. I've always loved it ever since first reading.

A lovely book. Lighthearted and well written; I enjoyed every minute of it. Humour as well and a delight to read.
