Kim Wilson’s book reviews

This is a novel about a young hard-working and optimistic young man suddenly beset by a hardship in life. No time for self pity, he assesses his talents, weighs his options and decides his best opportunities for life lie in Africa. The unassuming young man finds that by applying good principles and practices in life brings about opportunities.

I like the old novels because they portray the best in Human Nature and character. No self indulgence or self pity and with a lot of standards and morality. This has a heavy dose of romantic wealth accumulation ie rags to riches morality, but it is a fun read with nice doses of excitment.
