A really good short story that illustrates human nature at its worst.

This is not a contiguous novel, but rather a collection of short stories about Bab that are all linked. Bab is a fabulous character and one keeps reading to see what sort of trouble her well-meaning intentions will get her into next. I just wish that there were more Bab stories. Happy reading!

I had a hard time with Ayesha, the uber-villain of 'She' being turned into a misunderstood heroine. Still, it was quite readable,

Not bad, not great, but at least it is very short. Norton writes much more interesting stuff than this story would suggest.

I loved this. It really kept you going until the end.

This book certainly has an interesting premise. Imagine aliens that look like phlegm and smell like a house full of frat boys after a baked bean cookoff. Well worth reading!

Pretty good for an old-timey free book. Definitely worth a read!

Ah ... diplomacy. Is it always what it seems? This is a rollicking romp of fun and short as well.

Two sister-in-laws are grieving at the same time because they have both lost their husbands. I suppose this is Hawthorne's idea of a twist but it is merely average.

A cute short story. Wish I had a teddy bear for a professor!
