going through the book a second time, i was able to appraise the fact that not all works written by whites about blacks are from a biased point of view...this work reeks of objectivity and its charm surpasses any concortion of the most powerful wizard including that of oz!

This book is a must read for everyone. Through it, i fathomed the beauty latent and inherent in west Africa.
