Very good reading.
Written in 1911 but feels very modern.

A 17-year-old asthmatic boy who longs for adventure finds just that--in spades! Along the way he is forced to grow up. Unusual book. A page turner. Enjoy!

Great fun! Well-written and with a twist at the end which the seasoned reader of detective novels from this era should be able to work out. The characters are believable and the plot moves at a good pace. Well worth reading.
