Great short story! Awesome portrait of a woman with a mental illness. The author (Charlotte Perkins Gilman) shows a bit of the dated gender roles of the times. The story is written in a journal kind of way. In general the story is gripping, with slight touches of terror. Really worth a read.

'As a Man Thinketh' is a nice self-help book. It made me feel good, so I will say is a bit of a "feel good" essay. A lot on how thoughts translate into a reality, and stuff like that. This was "the secret" a hundred years before 'The Secret'.

One of my favorite short stories! This is a sci-fi classic. If that is not enough for you to read it, imagine a secret cults, horrible monsters, and a following clues "detective" style to discover the horrors of Cthulhu (best name ever).
A must of H. P. Lovecraft lovers, sci-fi/horror lovers, or just anyone who wants a great fictional short story.

Funny with a lot of truth on the meanings. Slightly weird to be reading a dictionary, but you will find a couple of definitions you will want to share.

Example: RUMOR, n. A favorite weapon of the assassins of character.

Nice story. A man trying to uncover a mystery, and warn everyone. They think he is crazy, he doubts his own sanity, and at the end he discovers a shocking truth about himself. Sometimes what you look is closer than you think.

Pretty much the average sci-fi story about a crew that finds something sinister. They throw a few sailor and science words, it is nice, since it's a "science fiction" story. Quick read, pretty much worth the couple of minutes you'll spend on it.

Nice sci-fi short story. Teleports suits, alternate reality, drama between a couple. Really short, but not much background on the characters, but enough details in the sci-fi gadgets and enviroment.
