Ouvi com atenção esta pequenina história!
No campo, junto da estrada real, havia uma casinha muito bonita, que deveis ter visto muitas vezes. Há na frente um jardinzinho com flores, rodeado por uma sebe verdejante. Ali perto nas bordas do valado, no meio da erva espessa, floria um pequenino malmequer. Desabrochava a olhos vistos, graças ao sol, que repartia igualmente a sua luz tanto por ele como pelas grandes e maravilhosas flores do jardim. Uma bela manhã, já inteiramente aberto, com as folhinhas alvas e brilhantes, parecia um sol em miniatura circundado dos seus raios. Pouco se lhe dava que o vissem no meio da erva e não fizesse

This book was my guide while I was growing up.
When I moved away from Portugal, I lost my copy of this book, however I managed to get another paperback one from a monasterie at a later stage in my life, while I was in a different country.
I moved back to portugal, and now with new technology and sites like yours, you helped me travel back once again to a time of inocence, heartfelt love and more than money can buy.
The integrity taught in this book and the moral ethic that teaches you, the perseverance and self denial, all here chosen and written by a true teacher in life for life. Many thanks to your team and to Guerra Junqueiro!!
