In this book, Philadelphia Ice Creams, comprising the first group, are very palatable, but expensive. In many parts of the country it is quite difficult to get good cream. For that reason, I have given a group of creams, using part milk and part cream, but it must be remembered that it takes smart "juggling" to make ice cream from milk. By far better use condensed milk, with enough water or milk to rinse out the cans.

First, I want to say that this is one of THE BEST sites I found! It is free, and it have lot of very interesting books. I want to thank you to all people who made this. And now the book! Book is exelent! I am 22 and I don't spend much time in kitchen, but when it is about ice creams, i can be there hours and hours just to make it! I have a lot of recepis about Ice cream and this book aded much more than i expected. It is written very nice, easy to understand, and the most important thing of all is that ALL ICE CREAMS i made with these instructions are fantastic and delicious. This is definitly book that everybody who love ice creams shold have!!!
