The story concerns a Newyork Municipal soldier trained from age 7 as a weapon who has multiple implants that make him very dangerous to the Newyork city-state.

It's a bit lighthearted, rather than grimly serious, so don't expect Terminator 2, but it works as a satire.
Interesting story. This guy had the best sci-fi concepts down early on in the game. This was printed in the late 50's. Great writer.
