Two very short stories — 400 words or so each — taken from Galaxy Science Fiction, February 1954. Despite their brevity, they both manage to set up their twists perfectly.

Tight little short story of murder on a US Navy flight base. A quick read with an aerial dog-fight thrown in for good measure

I agree with the previous reviewer who likened these stories to those of O Henry. All nine are wry, humorous and, more often than not, have an enjoyable reversal at or near the end. Perfect short stories, in other words.
