Unless you want to spend a sleepless night, don't read any of these 4 books. They just kept me up two nights running, I was so enthralled.

This should have been classified among short stories. Nevertheless, they were all well written and most of them very poignant.

You'd have to be a real geek to like or even understand this novel.

An OK book. The only really well-drawn character is the boy Billy. And it is much, much too "preachy"...

I would have really liked this book except for the stupid gold robbery in the middle. It would have been so much better if the author had stuck to more realistic situations.

I thought this book was great, loved the characters (they seemed to be real people, not cardboard). The story line also felt real. Some of the incidents, such as the plant's closing, are already happening. A must read in this election year (2012).

A delightfuk story. The relationship between Jane and Michael reminds me at times of the one between Jo ans Mr. Baejr (Little Women).
