'The Man with the Clubfoot' is one of the most ingenious and sinister secret agents in Europe. It is to him that the task is assigned of regaining possession of an indiscreet letter written by the Kaiser. Desmond Okewood, a young British officer with a genius for secret service work, sets out to thwart this man and, incidentally, discover the whereabouts of his brother.

This was a great book! Throughout the whole book Desmond was just one step ahead of danger and certain death.

In a effort to locate his lost brother behind enemy lines in Germany during WW-I, Des comes across half a letter that the German Kaiser would stop at nothing to get back. Lots of action and impossible escapes.

The book was very well written.

I Highly recommend this book for those who like adventure and espionage novels!
